The conversations that built this campaign.
Every panel. Every speaker. Every argument made in a room full of people who already knew the systems weren’t working. Watch them here.

Unapologetically Autistic. 150 people at UTS. Six panels across neuroaffirming health practice, masking, autistic entrepreneurship, education, workplace safety, and reasonable adjustment. The largest and most substantive program we had built. Alongside the panels, workshops on workplace adjustments, intersectionality, safety, and wellbeing — the through-line that has run every year.
Every conversation in this room is a record of where the sector was in 2025 — and what it was ready to demand.

Unmasked. 80 people at The Commons George Street in Sydney. 80 people at The Commons QV in Melbourne. Two cities, one argument: autistic people are not the problem that needs fixing. Panels across entrepreneurship, health practice, media, and education. Workshops on workplace adjustments, intersectionality, safety, and wellbeing.
The year the program doubled in scale and the community made clear it was not going anywhere.

The first one. 60 people at The Commons QV in Melbourne, in our signature amphitheatre. The theme was Everyday — because the point was never a single day of recognition. It was what happens in ordinary systems, on ordinary days, when autistic people are present. Panels across diagnosis, health practice, and entrepreneurship. Workshops on workplace adjustments, intersectionality, LGBTQ safety, and women’s safety.
Everything that came after started here.
