The people and organisations behind this campaign.
Autistic Pride Day belongs to the community that built it. The infrastructure behind it — the toolkit, the conferences, the campaign architecture, the six actions — was created by two organisations that have been doing this work long before it was trending.
Our group
/ Just Gold is Australia’s first certified social enterprise management consultancy and creative agency.
Founded in 2008, it works with government, corporates, and social impact organisations to deliver strategy, communications, and creative work that drives lasting change.
Just Gold built the campaign infrastructure for Autistic Pride Day from 2023. The branding, the toolkit, the digital ecosystem, the conference production, and the campaign strategy are all Just Gold work. The profits from its commercial projects fund the impact program that keeps all of it free.
Just Gold is an accredited social enterprise by Social Traders and People and Planet First.
/ Aurum Foundation is the impact arm of Just Gold — the not-for-profit through which the commercial work of Just Gold becomes community benefit.
Where Just Gold generates the resource, Aurum Foundation exists to ensure that resource reaches the people it was built for, without cost, without gatekeeping, and without the campaign losing its community soul as it scales.
The Autistic Pride Day Campaign, the Think Autism Conference series, the eLearning platform, the lived experience programs, and the community partnerships that underpin this campaign all sit within Aurum Foundation. It is the structure that keeps autistic leadership at the centre of every decision, not as a principle on a website, but as an operational reality.
Aurum Foundation is an accredited social enterprise by Social Traders.
Advisory Board
The campaign is guided by an advisory board of autistic leaders, researchers, clinicians, and practitioners. They do not provide optics. They provide direction.
