We are a management consultancy and creative agency on a mission to empower people and tear down social barriers.
We work with organisations, Government, businesses and other social enterprises to deliver social impact, strategic communications, production and creative commercial solutions while enhancing their ethical footprint.
The spectrum of our services range from management consulting, business planning, elearning & training, video and podcast production, website creation, campaigns, logo design, digital events, social impact strategies, cultivating a marketing plan and the list goes on.
We are an accredited social enterprise and BCorp.

Our mission is to offer affordable high-end management consulting, strategic communications, diversity and inclusion, social impact, and creative services for all.
1. We employ and empower highly skilled professionals who are facing employment barriers.
2. We partner with government and businesses to deliver commercial projects while expanding their ethical footprint. The profits from those projects fund our impact program.
3. We activate purpose driven projects by offering accessible or pro bono consulting and creative services.
4. We initiate and invest in social change projects when we identify a gap in the national dialogue

The Autistic Pride Day Toolkit
A global initiative by Just Gold, created by and for the Autistic community.
Autistic Pride Day is more than a date — it’s a global movement that celebrates neurodiversity, drives inclusion, and builds connections across borders. At the heart of it is our free, vibrant toolkit, designed to help anyone celebrate Autistic Pride Day in meaningful, inclusive ways.
Led by certified social enterprise Just Gold, this campaign launches each year on May 18 — the day after IDAHOBIT — and builds momentum toward the main event on June 18. Celebrations unfold across schools, workplaces, homes and public spaces around the world.

The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are the blueprint for achieving a better and more sustainable future for all.
The United Nations launched them in 2015 and although they are not compulsory, we integrate SDG actions into our strategies and operations.
We report to these goals as we join the global efforts to ‘end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all’ alongside governments, civil society, and UN entities.
